How to use your laundry card with LaundryMoney.com

On your first visit to the site, go to New Customer Registration.

Make sure you have your laundry card and credit card handy. Here you will set up an account, like you would with any online store. You will select a unique User Name and Password. Your credit card number and other information will be stored on a secure server, so you won't have to enter it again.

Once your account is set up, Login with your User Name and Password to:

• Add money to your laundry card. You can add any amount from $10 to $30, in $5 increments. But, the total value on one card cannot exceed $50.

• Update your account profile. You can add a new credit card for payment, or change information such as a credit card's expiration date.

Your laundry card number is also part of your Profile, and you can have more than one active card. Let's say you misplaced your card and you get a new one from your property manager. Then you find the old card. No problem! You can add money to either card by selecting from a drop-down list.

After you add money to your card, you'll receive your code number, as in this example:

Your code number is: 3589580181 This code number will add $10.00 to your card and must be used by March 4, 2002 Finish the process at your SmartLaundry terminal:

Any time in the next 30 days, go to your SmartLaundry terminal and insert your card. (If your property has more than one terminal, you will select your terminal during the Register process.) Then press the # key and enter your code number. The amount you requested will be added to your card.

Now, go do your wash!
